Although he had little money, he strove to earn as much money as he could and took on a variety of jobs to support his family.

He fought against growing racial discrimination and worked to improve living conditions for the Indian population. He developed a strong religious commitment and a strong will to self-sacrifice. He also introduced the nonviolent method of nonviolent protest in the Indian struggle for basic human rights. He coined the term satyagraha, which means ‘truth force’ and later, the movement became known as the nonviolent method. He was a vocal opponent of British rule and brought about a revolution in the caste system.

In 333 B.C., Alexander the Great invaded the Persian Empire, defeating the Persian fleet in land battles. This was the first major military campaign in Alexander’s history. However, the Persians were not willing to submit to Alexander. They planned to attack him with a large fleet, but Alexander refused to allow this. He announced his intention to defeat the Persian fleet on land.
Alexander advanced from Maracanda to the city of Jaxartes, a point in the western part of the Persian empire. He then attacked the Scythian nomads, capturing them with catapults, and carrying them deep into the interior. He founded Alexandria Eschate on Jaxartes, but his war-weary soldiers did not want to go. In addition, Alexander convinced his army to return to Persia. He then dispatched half of his army to the barren regions west of the Indus River.

Mao Zedong is one of the most influential political figures in Chinese history. He was the chief theorist and leader of the Chinese Communist Party from 1935 until his death. He was also the chief of state of the People’s Republic of China from 1949 to 1959.
Mao banned free markets in rural China in the late 1950s. This led to the emergence of a new form of revolutionary warfare in the countryside. Mao’s support came from hundreds of millions of peasants. This new style of warfare led to the encirclement of cities from the countryside. In the process, Mao defeated the tyrant Chiang Kai-shek.

His empire included modern day Austria, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Vietnam, and Burma. While the Mongols were notorious for their destruction of cities, they also ruled many parts of Europe. As a result, their empire was the largest in the world.
Genghis Khan was a great military leader, and his reign is considered one of the most influential in history. However, his conquest of China was not without its challenges. In the year 1211, he planned to invade the Jin dynasty. The Jin’s field commander, Wanyan Jiujin, was hesitant to attack the Mongols at the first opportunity. The Jin army, however, fortified themselves behind the Great wall and hoped to use the mountainous terrain as an advantage against the Mongols. However, during the war, a Mongol soldier called Ming’an defected to the Mongol side and handed over information about the Jin army. Ultimately, Genghis Khan outmanoeuvred and defeated the Jin army.
