As part of the retailer’s renewed focus on growing its beauty cosmetics department, Belk is hosting a series of Belk Cosmetic Sale Bash events. In preparation for the next holiday shopping season, Belk is reaffirming its commitment to the beauty department by providing customers with a one-of-a-kind opportunity to interact with beauty product specialists at its forthcoming Beauty Bash events.
1. Experiment With Favorite Beauty Products
Customers will have the opportunity to ask questions, experiment with their favorite beauty products, and try out new items at the events, which will begin on Thursday, September 15th and run through Sunday, September 18th. The Belk Black Friday events will be conducted at 105 different shop locations, as well as revealing new product lines in the future.

This move was made to add even more expertise to the beauty department, while also bringing back more personal experiences that customers had grown to love while shopping at Belk prior to the COVID-19 pandemic.
4. The Newly Filled Cosmetics Roles
The newly filled roles include both full-time and part-time jobs across a variety of Belk Cosmetic Sale departments, including sales, beauty, and operations, with a particular emphasis placed on vacancies for cosmetic beauty advisers and counter managers. Karen Patton, Vice President and Division Merchandise Manager of Beauty at Belk, said, We are so excited to be growing our beauty department and giving customers more of what is most important to them.
