Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge

In this 1998 drama, two brothers – Raj (Kajol) and Rahul (Shah Rukh Khan), are reunited after 15 years of separation. While the younger brother Rahul is studying abroad, his sister gets engaged to Raj. When he returns for the engagement ceremony, he falls in love with his childhood friend Anjali (Rani Mukherjee). The film explores the relationship between these three friends and their desires for marriage. Meanwhile, due to class differences, Anjali’s father (played by Amrish Puri) does not approve of her relationship with Raj.

Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham

Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham is a 2001 Indian Hindi-language family-drama film written and directed by Karan Johar and produced by Yash Johar.
